Shipping policy

Here at Candles by Simone, we have a 2-5 business day processing time for all orders after they've been placed regardless of the type of shipping method. Please note, we are not responsible for any packages that are stolen, lost, or damaged by the mail/shipping carrier. However, if your items are damaged upon arrival, please send us an email at hello@candlesbysimone.com, attach a picture(s) of the damaged items inside and it will be handled accordingly within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Before your order is placed, double check the shipping address. We want your package to arrive to you safely. It is extremely difficult to make changes once order is placed.
