FAQ

Could I reuse my candle jar?

Yes. Here are a couple of options for you. When your candle burns down to 1/4", place the jar on a UL listed electric wax warmer/tea light warmer to enjoy the remaining fragrance. Once its melted, you can pour out into the garbage. If you don't have a candle warmer, gently scrape out the remaining wax with a spatula or wooden spoon and discard the solid wax in the trash as well. Use paper towels to get the excess wax out of the jar. Then apply alcohol to remove stickers/labels, place in warm soapy water to properly cleanse, and either air dry or towel dry.

What type of wax do you use?

All of our candles are made with Coco Apricot Creme' wax. Which is a soft creamy clean burning wax. Its clean burning, phthalate, and toxin free. FDA approved!

What size candle should I purchase for my room size?

2-7oz candles are for smaller rooms: small office space, living rooms, bathrooms and guest bedrooms

8-13oz candles are for medium rooms: nooks, small/medium foyer, den

14oz and up: king size bedroom, larger living room, master bathroom

Why does my candle look like it's creating a large hole?

This is called "tunnelling" when a candle burns in the center straight down leaving un-melted wax all across the edge. To prevent this, when you light your candle, please allow your candle to burn for at least 5 hours so that the melt pool can reach to the edge of the candle.

Should I trim my wick before lightening my candle?

Yes! Your candle wick will come pre-trimmed so you can light and enjoy right away. After each use, please trim your un-lit wick to 1/4" for cotton & wooden wick to ensure the best quality and fragrance. Please see the Candle Care instructions for more information.
