Refund Policy:

In the event of you not being 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to ship your items back to us for an exchange only on Candles by Simone products. We do not offer refunds. The item(s) must be unused with its original labels, packaging, and shipped back to us at Candles by Simone in the same condition it was received. Please note you will be responsible to any return shipping fees.

Contact us at hello@candlesbysimone.com to inform us of the exchange you’re wanting and we will send you the address on where to ship to. All inquiries will be answered in 24-48 hours.
